PAINTING – FIXTURE AND POLE PAINT FINISHES

Some fading, staining or chalking may occur. This is part of the normal aging process and is not a manufacturing defect and therefore not covered by any 保修.

Supplier will not assign this Purchase Order or any rights or obligations hereunder, nor will Supplier subcontract with any other party for the furnishing of any completed or substantially completed Goods or 服务 described  in this Purchase Order without 大规模集成电路’s express written consent, and in such event Supplier will remain fully liable for subcontractor’s work, and all subcontractors  will be required by Supplier to agree in writing to perform in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Order and to permit 大规模集成电路 to exercise all rights under this Purchase Order as if the subcontractor had executed this Purchase Order.
20. 保密. Supplier covenants and agrees that it shall not, 并使其官长, 董事, 员工, 代理商和代表不要, 直接或间接, disclose or communicate to any person or entity any information of 大规模集成电路 disclosed hereunder or in connection with the Purchase Order contemplated hereby. 供应商应 be responsible for the compliance of this nondisclosure obligation by Supplier’s officers, 员工, 代理人及代表. This nondisclosure covenant has no geographic, territorial or time limitation and applies no matter where Supplier may be located or conducts business in the future.
21. 审计的权利. Supplier hereby grants to 大规模集成电路 access to all pertinent information, 包括但不限于, 规范, 检验报告, 书, 记录, 工资数据, 收据, correspondence and other documents and 材料 in the possession or under the control of Supplier, 或以其他方式 relating to any of Supplier’s obligations under this Purchase Order or any payments 请求ed by Supplier pursuant to this Purchase Order.  大规模集成电路 shall have the right at any reasonable time to send its authorized representatives to examine all such information. 除了, 所有的工作, 材料, inventories provided under this Purchase Order must be accessible to 大规模集成电路, 包括 但不限于 any parts, 工具, 固定装置, 仪表, 模型之类的. 供应商应 maintain all pertinent information relating to this Purchase Order for a period of four (4) years after completion of 服务 or 交付 of Goods pursuant to this Purchase Order. The 供应商应 cause all of its sub-suppliers to grant to 大规模集成电路 all of the rights afforded to 大规模集成电路 pursuant to this Section.
